As we all know, mechanical equipment can breakdown from time to time, even with our rigorous maintenance schedule.  Thankfully our great customers understand that and give us a bit of grace!  (Thank you for that!)  

However, we love our customers and want to ensure we provide a great wash at a great value so if we do not stand up to that, we promise to reimburse you!  Whether it be issues with the car washing equipment or a vacuum that didn't work as it should we will gladly reimburse you with a free wash card for the next time you use one of our facilities.  

To receive your free wash card, please fill out the blue slips located on the carwash door, next to the coin machines. Please slide the blue slip under the door so our team can ensure the problem is solved and ensure you get your reimbursement!  Our goal is to reach out to you within 24 hours. 

• No one washes your car better than you!
• Automatic wash brushes collect dirt that can scratch your car.  
• You know where your car needs to be washed, reach spots that traditional washes miss, especially that salt under your car!

The doors are set to stay up for 30 seconds from the time you press the button to the time the door starts heading back down.  There are sensors so if your vehicle is still in the way, the doors will not close until it is clear.  

During our summer months the doors are locked up to provide an easy and enjoyable washing experience.  Locking the doors up allows for less wear and tear on our doors and also helps dry out our buildings.  

Yes, we will close the carwashes if the temp drops below 5 degrees.  

Unfortunately, when the temp dips below 5 degrees we are not able sustain enough heat to keep the water lines from freezing when the doors open.  In the summer of 2024 we plan to make some great improvements to each location so closing due to cold temps can be a thing of the past.
