Fleet card program

• Small businesses with 1 to 100 vehicles in their fleet. 
• Cars, trucks or vans with wraps, vinyl graphics, or magnetic signs.  
• Vehicles with ladder racks or equipment in the back. 

Submit a Fleet Card Request Form (click the button below).  

1. During sign up, you will provide your credit card information and we will enter it into our secure merchant site for monthly billing.
2. Wash your vehicles as much as you desire throughout the month and get billed only once for all fleet card activity for the month. 
3. Monthly statements showing the breakdown by fleet card along with the total amount charged will be emailed.  

• Fleet program members enjoy a 5% discount on washes when using their fleet card. The discount will be applied at the time of billing and will be reflected on the monthly invoice. 

• We use industry leading chemicals: high pressure soap, brush foaming soap, and high pressure wax.
• Our water is heated to 120 degrees to ensure the best clean.
• Soft bristle brushes in every wash bay are easy on the paint but hard on dirt.  
• High pressure wax provides a strong barrier from UV and road chemicals.

 The automatic washes found around town can easily wreck your specialty equipment and scratch graphics so always look to self-service washes to keep your vehicles safe and clean!

• Two - 9ft. wash bays
• Four - 8 ft. wash bays
• Open daily from 6am to 10pm

Lakeside Carwash (5819 E Superior St)

• Three - 8 ft. wash bays
• Open daily from 6am to 10pm

• The Fleet Owner authorizes Duluth Carwash Company LLC to charge the provided credit card on the first business day of each month for the previous month’s accrued dollar amount on all Fleet Owner’s Fleet Cards.
• On the first business day of the month, Duluth Carwash Company LLC will email an invoice to the email provided by the Fleet Owner. 
• If a Fleet Card is lost, stolen, or misplaced, Duluth Carwash Company LLC will deactivate the old card and provide a new Fleet Card to the Fleet Owner for a fee of $5. This charge covers the cost of the new card activation. 
• If a Fleet Card no longer works as expected and can be turned in, Duluth Carwash Company LLC will replace the card at no charge. 
• The Fleet Owner may cancel their Fleet Cards at any time and only pay for the amount accrued on the cards at that time.
